Chef Anthony, a native of Great Britain, studied the Culinary Arts at Clarendon College,UK. His apprenticeship was completed at Nottingham's four star restaurant, "The Chateau".

In 1983, Chef Anthony began his career in the United States by working in several of Miami's finest hotels and restaurants.

In 1997 Anthony became Executive Chef at the Westgate Lakes Resort In Orlando, Florida where he stayed for 3 years before deciding to open his own catering company.

Over the years Chef Anthonys name has become synonymus with good eating, receiving rave reviews and profiled in Florida's eating and restaurant magazines.
